Open Positions:

Speech Language Pathologist
A fulltime position for a Speech Language Pathologist is available at HMS School for Children with Cerebral Palsy, a Pennsylvania Approved Private School. We offer an array of services to children with a variety of neurologic impairments including: speech-language, AAC, oral motor, and feeding. Work collaboratively with exceptional therapists and teachers in multidisciplinary teams. We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for working with children and their families to join our team!

Experience with Assistive Technology, AAC, feeding and dysphagia desirable. Professional development support, research possibilities and opportunities to expand your skills in these and other areas.

Interested applicants must have a Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology and PA certification or eligibility. Experience and CCC’s preferred. Strong CFY candidates considered.

Personal Care Assistant- Monday through Friday Day Shift/One Weekend a  month
Duties include promoting and providing the highest quality physical and emotional care to HMS students, providing assistance to students by performing and facilitating tasks the students cannot do for themselves, while encouraging independence when appropriate. PCAs participate in classroom settings and during recreational activities.

Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 21 yrs old in accordance with Department of Public Welfare which regulates our residence. Experience working with children is a plus.
