Our values form the foundation for everything we do at HMS School. They guide the way we work with our students, families, community and each other. We also use these values as guidelines when we recruit staff, develop them and evaluate their performance. Our four values are:

- Commitment: We dedicate ourselves fully to creating and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment
- Teamwork: We communicate, collaborate, and support one another in order to achieve our
- Diversity: We value, respect, and embrace each other’s differences
Most people have no conception of what the gift of communication is really worth. But when your teenage child is able to tell you he loves you for the first time, you realize it is priceless.
