HMS School for Children with Cerebral Palsy, a small, non-profit school for students with disabilities related to Cerebral Palsy, is seeking a full-time Equipment and Facilities Technician with at least 3 yrs. experience.
Duties include electrical and maintenance such as wiring 120V and changing ballasts and bulbs, performing simple carpentry projects, and providing routine maintenance and minor repairs on power and manual wheelchairs and other equipment used by students with special needs. Position will split 4 hours daily doing Wheelchair repairs and 4 hours doing Building Maintenance work.
Requirements: Facilities maintenance, wheelchair and/or small equipment repair experience required. Hand tool, power tool, and soldering experience required.
Must pay close attention to detail and have the ability to complete minor paperwork. You will be interacting with individuals at all levels of our organization.

Salary: $20.96 – $25.24 per hour
